Founded Spirit of Excellence Creativity Training Centre:

After several years instructing art, etiquette and creative movement as part of several elementary school programs, she accepted a position in Michigan with an organization as Children’s Director.

During this time it was confirmed to the Kosti’s to begin Spirit of Excellence Creativity Training Centre, and combine their years of experience to establish a training center for young people to develop their potential through creative instruction in life skills music, arts and literacy. Their belief is that in developing the Spirit of Excellence this will give favour and increase in leadership abilities and help to fulfill destiny!

John & Colleen Kosti founded Spirit of Excellence as a non-for-profit and registered charity in June 2003, and opened the centre on Drouillard Rd., in February 2005.
