BIO:
- Mrs. Colleen Kosti is the director and active instructor for all programs.
- She has been an educator since 1980 - beginning at St. Clair College as instructor for the evening Cosmetology programs, graduating from the College Aesthetic program in 1979.
- She is an Aesthetician, Makeup Artist, and certified Image Consultant trained in the exclusive Your Ideal Silhouette Figure Proportion Analysis.
- She is certified from St. Clair College and the JoAnne Wallace Image Improvement Institute, Harrisburg PA. Many other workshop certificates have been awarded in Photo Makeup Artistry, Airbrushed Makeup Artistry, Camouflage Makeup for Burns, Birthmarks and Scars, Colour Analysis and Full Nail Extension and application enhancements from most major Nail Manufacturers and educators.
- Mrs. Kosti is a First Place award winning Scultpured Nail Artist, 1985, First Place Award Winning Hand Painted Nail Artistry 1986, and Award Winning Makeup Artist and Fantasy Design 1987. She has since become an international judge and trainer.
- She continued her fashion modeling as well as instructing at Ezio's Modeling School, and for Auston's Modelling Agency TO. She continued as an educator for Manufacturers in the beauty industry, out of Las Vegas and training in Michigan, and Canada.
- She has now combined her skills in educating women to include developing potential in children and youth, writing curriculum using the creative arts and education and has founded her own Registered charity called Ministry of Role Modeling the Spirit of Excellence.
- This charity 'Ministry of Role Modeling the Spirit of Excellence' is a Creativity Training Centre, providing at-risk children, youth and women from all walks of life the opportunity to discover and develop their talents and personal image and self esteem.
- Using the creative arts, music, fitness, literacy, computers, spiritual guidance and health demonstrates the core fundamentals for their mission;
- to Develop Potential in children, youth and young adults; physically, economically and spiritually.
